The website extranet.pleco.fr aims to provide online services related to the waste processing and recovery activities of SUEZ IWS, for the clients of SUEZ IWS and its partners.

The website extranet.pleco.fr is dedicated to the clients and employees of SUEZ IWS, its subsidiaries, and its partners.

Users of extranet.pleco.fr are informed that they may only access and use the site extranet.pleco.fr once they have authenticated themselves, as this authentication is intended to secure access to the data managed on the site extranet.pleco.fr.
User access accounts are individual and named. They are linked to the company for which the users operate. They are created and managed by SUEZ IWS.

As the data controller, we are responsible for the collection and processing of your personal data in connection with our activities.

The personal data collected in the context of the commercial relationship is processed by SUEZ WS, the data controller, whose registered office is located at Altiplano, 4 place de la pyramide, 92800 Puteaux.

SUEZ IWS only collects personal information relating to the user as needed for the services offered through the extranet.pleco.fr website. The user provides this information knowingly, particularly as part of their commercial relationship with IWS. The internal software and its client extranet, Pleco, enable the operation of the service. They share certain information, including personal data, necessary for the execution of the service.

The categories of personal data collected directly by SUEZ IWS are as follows : last name, first name, professional email addresses, professional phone number, professional position, and connection data.

The personal data stored on the site extranet.pleco.fr and/or in SUEZ IWS’s internal software are exclusively related to commerce, the management and traceability of waste at SUEZ IWS’s facilities and those of its partners, as well as billing. Services, whether related to waste flows or not, are also recorded.

The legal bases for the processing are founded on the legitimate interest of SUEZ IWS and on the contract.

Connection data :

When logging into the site extranet.pleco.fr, the date and time of the last connection are recorded, associated with the user account (last name, first name, email, company)

Their sole purpose is to ensure the security of access to the site.

Access to SUEZ IWS’s internal software is exclusively reserved for SUEZ IWS employees.

Input data :

During the input and validation stages of the Waste Identification Sheets (FID) and Loading Plans (PDC), the data (last name, first name, email, company, date/time, type of action, status changes of FID/PDC) are retained.

Additionally, the data of the person who validated a FID (last name, first name, email, company, date/time of validation) are retained in a PDF version of the FID.

Their sole purpose is to ensure traceability in the management of FID/PDC, in order to comply with our regulatory obligations (Environmental Code, ministerial orders, and prefectural decrees related to the facilities).

SUEZ IWS ensures the protection of personal data, notably through its hosting provider CetSI, which acts as a subcontractor in the implementation of personal data processing. CetSI may have access to the categories of personal data described above in order to fulfill its contractual obligations.

In accordance with the applicable personal data regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, object to, restrict the processing of, erase, and port your data. You may exercise these rights by email at the following address [email protected] or by mail to the Management at the address of SUEZ IWS, 4 place de la pyramide - 92800 Puteaux specifying your last name, first name, address, and attaching a front and back copy of your identity document. You may also set directives regarding the handling of your data after your death.
